Frequently asked questions
- What counts as a seat?
- A seat is one named user with login credentials. Each seat gets full access to every feature in your tier. Seats are not concurrent -- each person who logs in needs their own seat.
- Is there an annual discount?
- The listed prices are already annual pricing. We invoice annually upfront. Multi-year prepay (2+ years paid in full) gets an additional 10% off year one.
- Can I try it before committing?
- Yes. We offer a 14-day free trial on the Starter tier with up to 10 seats -- no credit card required. For Professional and Enterprise, we run a guided pilot: book a demo call and we will scope it together.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Subscriptions are annual. If you cancel mid-term, your team keeps access through the end of the paid period. We do not prorate refunds, but we also do not auto-renew without notice -- you will get a 60-day heads-up before renewal.
- How does billing work?
- We invoice annually upfront via ACH or wire. Net 30 payment terms on enterprise contracts. Purchase orders accepted. 50% upfront for any add-on workshops or policy engagements.
- Can I switch tiers mid-contract?
- You can upgrade at any time -- we will prorate the difference for the remaining months. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Adding seats mid-year is prorated to the day.
- Do you offer bundle discounts?
- Yes. Combining platform seats with workshops or policy engagements gets 10% off the bundle. First five design-partner customers get up to 50% off in exchange for a case study and logo rights.
- Is there a minimum seat count?
- Starter starts at 10 seats. We are built for teams, not individuals -- our training works best when your engineers learn together and peer-review each other's work.
